What is a Pollution NOC?
A Pollution NOC is an approval issued by the State Pollution Control Board (SPCB) or Pollution Control Committee (PCC) to ensure that a business complies with environmental laws and pollution control standards. It is commonly granted in the form of Consent to Establish (CTE) and Consent to Operate (CTO).
What documents are required for obtaining a Pollution NOC?
The required documents generally include the business registration documents, PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, site plan, project report, land ownership or lease documents, manufacturing process details, machinery details, water and electricity connection details, and any additional documents required by the Pollution Control Board.
